Abstract(in English) This study proposes a method of evaluating relationship between QoS and QoE in Web services by utilizing the path analysis and the principal component analysis. In order to discuss the relationship quantitatively for the diversified current Web services, it is necessary to consider multiple parameters for both of QoS and QoE. Moreover, we should take the hierarchical architecture of QoS into consideration. Thus, the authors propose to abridge QoS parameters each layer by the principal component analysis and then perform the path analysis. To confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method, this paper does experiments with subjects for the three actual Web services and analyzes the relationship between QoS and QoE from the results by the proposed method.
