Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The exercise custom in the outdoors is able to reduce prevalence rate of dementia for elderly persons. The local weather observation system can supplement and reinforce the global and wide area weather observation, and also improve the meteorological disease prevention in the local area. This paper shows the short range wireless communications system with key holder sensors and the proposed unified operations system in Ota-ku Tokyo Japan with both the exercise custom improvement observation in the outdoors and the local weather observation.
