Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) When an unexpected exception occurs in an organization, you spend lots of time and effort to settle it. Nonetheless, there seemed to be few useful referential models to those who worked upon a business process modeling to avoid such an unexpected exception. Author, in this paper, examined eight transaction models for avoiding requester’s reject against executor’s acceptance request, which were theoretically derived by using DEMO methodology, by employing a case study. The eight transaction models consequently corresponded with the exception handling operations in the case company. And author assumed that the eight models are helpful for standardizing exception handling operation in company.
