Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, business alliances become active all over the world and also in Japan, we come to often take the form of the business alliance and capital alliance that is weak tie-up. We can keep independency of each company which has an autonomy and independency from the business alliance, and also can break off the business alliance anytime. On the other hand, there is no telling how long their partnership will last, and therefore that there is something unstable. So we have focused on the purpose items for which each started for which alliance thought that we would be able to clarify what index (to express that both companies consider which items) influences success/ failure in Business Alliance. We defined the index (we called “A Fitness Rate of Alliance’s Purpose”) and evaluate [1]. In this paper we review in the former reference [1], and examine by changing the parameter of the “A Fitness Rate of Alliance’s Purpose”, the correlation between a Fitness Rate and success/ failure in business alliance.
