[Invited Talk] Support for reflection on team behaviors for team training

Abstract(in English) A complex task requiring high reliability is usually performed by a team in order to ensure efficiency and safety, as benefits of teamwork include workload distribution and complementation of required skills and knowledge. Thus, effective team training for enhancing teamwork have been developed over the last decades. Debriefs conducted after team training have become a common tool for supporting experiential learning in different domains. The present study reviews commonly used team-training methods, team structured-debriefing, and related issues that occur when these methods are being conducted; additionally, it introduces research on metacognition related to teamwork that can facilitate team structured-debriefing.
