Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A salesman usually has more information about goods than a buyer in the commercial transaction. In such an “asymmetric information situation”, how do the communication media affect the results and the process of negotiation? The present study is linked to a research project investigating the effects of media, e.g., face-to face, telephone, written, and video upon the negotiation. The experimental methods are examined by the preliminary experiments in this report.
