Abstract(in English) Physical random number receiving attention to improve safety of cryptography. However, the generation rate of physical random number (RNG) generator is lower than generation speed of pseudo RNG. We have been studying superconducting physical RNG that has high speed generation rate. However, operation stability is not sufficient because operation of superconducting physical RNG is sensitive to the control current. In order to improve the operation stability of RNG, we proposed superconducting random number generation system that is composed of superconducting physical- and pseudo-RNG.
