[Invited Lecture] Proposal of Synthetic Aperture Radar Information Structurization by Using Neural Networks

Abstract(in English) Recent earth observation data gathered by satellite-borne synthetic aperture radar (SAR) systems grow very rapidly. For extensive utilization of the data, we propose the structurization of the gathered data into an easy-to-use form. We employ convolutional neural networks to extract landscape features to realize automatic classification of local areas based on terrain features obtained in interferometric SAR (InSAR) images. This technical report shows a successful classification, which is the first step of total structurization.
