| 抄録(和) | 本論では，国立高等専門学校機構と全高等専門学校を併せた58組織を対象としたWebアクセシビリティの評価や高橋ら（2007）との比較を実施，考察した．調査対象58組織中，52の組織（89.66%）において1件以上の問題を抱えていることが分かった．各組織における問題件数にはバラツキがあるが，問題件数が1件以上50件以下の組織数は46（79.31%）であった．達成基準別問題件数に注目したところ，1.1.1と1.4.4に関連する問題件数が全体の83.97%を占めていた．この2点に配慮することで多くの問題が解決することが期待される．2007年の結果と比べて，2015年において問題件数が多い区分の組織数が減っていることが分かった． |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, we evaluated the web accessibility of 58 organizations, including the National Institute of Technology and all the National colleges of Technology, and discussed the results by comparing with those presented by Takahashi et al. (2007). We discovered that 52 of 58 organizations (89.66%) have at least one or more issues in their web sites. Each organization has a different number of issues, but 46 organizations (79.31%) have 1-50 issues in their web site. Moreover, 83.9% of the issues are related to question 1.1.1 or 1.4.4 from the perspective of the number of each issue classified by performance criterion. We expected that many issues in the web site can be solved by the management of the issues related to question 1.1.1 or 1.4.4. Furthermore, we found that the number of organizations with multiple issues in their web site in 2015 was less than that in 2007. |
