| Abstract(in English) | Display Week 2015 (SID’15) was held from May 31 to June 5, 2015 in San Jose, USA. Here, outstanding presentations in Sessions 33, 39, 45, 51, 57, 63, and 69 for Active Matrix Devices and related field were reported. Novel oxide TFTs with those applications, and also reliabilities, high resolution displays were presented. |
