Abstract(in English) | Paint workability is important for paint design. But some workability’s mechanism isn’t clear. Therefore, we can’t control that workability. We focused the roll coating that is one of typical coating methods and made two guidelines. 1.Pickup volume is controlled by high shear viscosity and normal force. 2.Dynamic surface tension is important factor to control roller mark. In this presentation, we’ll share these guidelines by physical properties. |
