Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Organic optical materials show special absorption characteristics because of its high photosensitivity and large absorption with only 100 nm thick films. These characteristics can be applied to an optoelectronic device, such as, an organic photodiode. In our previous report, we have studied blue and green organic photodiode, respectively. In this report, we have investigated a tandem photodiode which was vertically stacked blue and green OPDs by inserting intermediate semitransparent electrode. Individual photoresponse was confirmed in each blue/ green unit.
