| Abstract(in English) | Following on the development of computer-networked society, copyright education is becoming more important. We improved on the current educational material for moral rights by using an injurious scenario. We conducted copyright classes for college students with it. We clarified on college students understanding of rights to determine the indication of an author's name : 1. it's difficult to determine the students who even study evocative educational materials of moral rights, 2. some of the students judged that the third person works public without the true author's agreement was legal although the author having honor and benefit, and 3. the previous result means the students regarded the copyrighted work is as the copyrighted work of the true author, not plagiarism. |
