Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Effectiveness of note-taking activities for student's reflection was determined using lexical analysis of their note contents through a blended learning with instructions for note-taking. Student's reflection for their learning attitude and evaluation was surveyed using a set of questionnaire. The contents of notes students taken were lexically analyzed, and four metrics were extracted for every session. Both sets of measures for note-taking skills and lexical metrics were positively changed along the course progress. Some significant correlation relationships were confirmed between these differences, the instruction of note-taking may contribute the changes. Regarding a result of causal analysis between student's reflection and metrics of notes taken, it is confirmed that note-taking activity affects student's evaluation of reflection.
