| Abstract(in English) | Owing to development of ICT (Information and Communications Technology), alleviation of time and space restrictions has almost enabled us to communicate with necessary peers and information as we like. In addition to QoS (Quality of Service) which is an index of system performance, QoE (Quality of Experience) has been defined as a subjective service evaluation index by end-users for the above-mentioned communication services. Since subjective evaluation depends on an individual and his/her situation, it is not an easy task to realize a communication service based on QoE in a short time. In the near future, it is expected that realization of the QoE-based communication service is accelerated by interdisciplinary collaboration with other technologies such as sensing and data mining, because these technologies are possibly able to be useful to grab user's behavior, characteristic and even mental status. |
