Abstract(in English) | Information providing systems for mitigation at the time of the city a disaster such as an earthquake has been required. Context is the situation of victims in a disaster. We have proposed a method to provide safety information using context. Furthermore, for large-scale terminal stations on urban area, we are developing the complex disaster recovery system for distributing information that is appropriate by the context of the user to obtain disaster-related information. This paper purposes a method to estimate the context of the user to apply the complex disaster recovery system. |
