Abstract(in English) Wavelength division multiplexing is essential for achieving large capacity optical fiber transmission for any kind of modulation format. Optical eigenvalue modulation has been attracting attention as a scheme which is not distorted by fiber nonlinearity. In this paper, we propose a wavelength division multiplexed optical eigenvalue modulated system and discuss its advantages and remaining issues for practical application. A pre-equalization technique is proposed to suppress the eigenvalue shift arising from initial overlap of different channel pulses and its feasibility is confirmed by numerical simulations.
