| Abstract(in English) | We have been faced with super elderly society in Japan and it is said that one fifth elderly people would be suffering from dementia in 2025. In addition, we also have been faced with fewer children society. We have to make some solutions to solve these problems. ICTs are expected to solve in the field of health-care, individual medical management, supporting elderly people and medical stuffs. The standardization of ICT in the medical and health-care field is important. For example, we have to use same medical record format when we would exchange these data between hospitals. It is also difficult to use any vital sensors made by any makers if there are no standardization between these sensors. This standard is very important for interconnectivity on the PHR (Personal Health Record) managing system．These health-care information or recording of daily communication are called the Life-log data. We describe some standardization in medical and health-care field held in the WHO or ITU and so on, and the method of getting communication-log, which data is one of Life-log data, are shown. |
