| Abstract(in English) | Smart phones and PC tablets have become popular as a mobile device. On the other hand, in recent years, quality of experience (QoE), which is the degree of a user’s subjective satisfaction, has attracted attentions. QoE is affected by user context, for example user’s psychological or physical situation, therefore QoE evaluations should be collected from usual situation of user’s mobile usage. In this study, after collecting QoE evaluations in user’s usual situation, we aim to compose “QoE Map” by visualizing QoE on a virtual map based on user’s location data. In order to collect the QoE evaluations from user’s usual life, we develop a monitoring application for an Android OS device that collects the data of the usage of existing applications, QoE evaluations and location information on the device. Using the monitoring application, 1570 QoE evaluations with location data in user’s daily life have been collected. Consequently, “QoE Map” is composed by visualizing QoE evaluations on a virtual map. |
