Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To analyze electromagnetic wave in realistic environments with the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method, we have developed a modeling system using a depth senor such as Kinect and the point cloud library (PCL). In our proposed system, we can obtain relative 3-D coordinates based on a depth sensor by the PCL, and calculate absolute 3-D coordinates based on horizontal and vertical plane in a target scene by angle detection of a depth sensor. Finally, FDTD numerical model is constructed from point clouds data within calculated absolute 3-D coordinates. we have constructed FDTD numerical models in two indoor scene, and have evaluated error of these models. As a result, our proposed system is accurate to few centimeters. In this paper, error of analysis of electromagnetic field by FDTD method caused by error of constructed numerical models has been investigated quantitatively.
