Multiple Latent Space GTM for Visualization of Tensorial Data

Abstract(in English) The generative topographic map (GTM) is a continuous latent space model, which enables to visualize a high-dimensional dataset by mapping to a low-dimensional latent space. The aim of this work is extending GTM for multiple latent space (MLS) model so that it deals with tensorial datasets. This extension, namely MLS-GTM, is able to estimate $m$-set of latent variables from $m$-mode tensorial data. As the result, the relation of the observed objects representing in the $m$-th mode emerges in the $m$-th latent space of MLS-GTM. Here we introduce the algorithm of MLS-GTM as well as an interactive visualization tool.
