| 抄録(和) | 本稿では，膵臓病理画像間の位置合わせや，病理画像と CT/MR 画像の位置合わせのために，病理画像の輪郭構造を記述する手法を提案する．顕微鏡で撮影される病理画像中には，様々な大きさの解剖構造の断面が撮影されている．同一標本よりサンプルされた複数のスライスの顕微鏡画像間の位置合わせを高精度におこなうためには，血管壁などの構造境界を陽に記述することが有用だと考える．提案法では、3 次微分までを考慮したエッジ検出ののち，エッジ点にオイラー曲線のフィッティングをおこなうことにより，エッジ点より曲線素を構成する．ダウンサンプリングによる多重解像度解析も利用して，効率良く膵臓の病理画像中の輪郭構造を記述する．膵臓の病理画像に対する提案法の適用結果を報告する． |
| 抄録(英) | In this article, the authors propose a method that describes the structures of contours in pathologicalimages of the pancreas for the purpose of registration between the pathological images or between a CT/MR imageand the corresponding pancreas ones. You can observe various sizes of anatomical structures in a microscopic image, and the authors believe that explicit description of the contours of the anatomical structures, such as blood vessels、is useful for the registration. The proposed method firstly detects edge points using the spatial third derivatives ofimage intensities and then fits Euler curves to the edge points for constructing curve segments from the detectededges. Using downsampling based multiresolution analysis, the authors construct the curve segments efficiently. The experimental results obtained by applying the method to pathological images of the pancreases are reported. |
