Abstract(in English) Recently, it has been paid attention to a method of sentiment analysis for customer reviews and many researchers proposed several results. To analyze sentimental information in the reviews, it is very important to understand expectations of users and to estimate their hopes adequately. In this paper, we investigated backgrounds and expectations of the users of the reviews and discussed a method to utilize for the sentiment analysis
