Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper we consider a trend renewal process by Lindqvist et al. (2003) (TRP)-based software reliability models (SRMs). The modeling framework of this paper includes both of non-homogeneous poisson process(NHPP)-based SRMs which are widely used and non-homogeneous gamma process (NHGP)-based SRMs which are a generalization of NHPP-based SRMs. TRP-based SRMs are characterized by both the trend function which is equivalent to the mean value function of NHPP-based SRMs and the renewal time distribution which is followed by a time transformed random variable with trend function. Especially, we focus on the non-homogeneous powerlaw process (NHPLP)-based SRMs where the Weibull distribution is assumed for the renewal time distribution. We also investigate the goodness-of- t performance of nonparametric NHPLP-based SRM without specifying the trendfunction.
