Abstract(in English) Complaint reports have recently been publicly opened with the aim of accelerating Government 2.0 movement. According to the actions, the delay in taking action of the government side becomes more clearlyidentified due to overloads of the government side to deal with theactivities. To remedy the above situations, it increases of importanceto develop an efficient approach to deal with the complaint reports. Automatic classification of the complaint reports, or estimation andextraction of demanding sentences from the reports are contributory tothe approach. In this paper, we propose a method of automatically estimatingcategories of the complaint reports.
