Abstract(in English) This paper report the high-frequency inverter using SiC-MOS-FET and the rectifier unit using SiC-SBD developed for experiments of the wireless power transfer (WPT) system. And, the example of the configuration of the WPT system and the parts constituting the WPT systems such as primary and secondary coils and the passive parts for the resonance circuit are also reported.
