Abstract(in English) We have report about phase shifter using dielectric driving tunable filter. In the passband of the bandpass filter, the passing phase is known to vary. Therefore, it is possible to configure a phase shifter with a tunable bandpass filter. To obtain a large phase shift, the filter is designed using the ideal transform function of the generalized Chebyshev function with real zero. We also compared pass characteristics with unloaded Q value of each resonator. As a result, in the case of the superconducting resonator (unloaded Q = 100000), insertion loss was demonstrated to be a less 0.2dB. We realized the filter with low-loss and a phase-change value over 360 degrees.
