A Study on Off-Loading Link Determination Method for Efficient Improvement of the Congestion Ratio

Abstract(in English) In late years, the network congestion occurs because of the network traffic continue increasing. When we perform the off-loading on a congestion link, it is effective to improve the congestion ratio. However, it is not clear the method that select a link, which is the most effective to improve the congestion ratio. In this paper, we assume a situation where the network links are evenly congested, and we propose a method which determine the most effective link in the off-loading. And we evaluate of the proposed method by simulation.
