Abstract(in English) | An iterative receiver, proposed in our previous works, employs decision directed phase noise compensation (DD-PNC) and decision directed channel estimation (DDCE), and thus can effectively reduce the effects of phase noise on millimeter-wave (mm-wave) orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems. When the iterative receiver is applied to mm-wave communications between fixed points and high speed trains (HSTs), notonly phase noise but also Doppler shift should be considered. Symbol level DDCE (SDDCE) was also proposed for the channel fluctuation due to the Doppler shift. In this report, we evaluate the iterative DD-PNC and SDDCE scheme in the HST environment by using a dynamic multipath channel model constructed in previous works. For improving the performance, we increase the number of receive antennas. Two kinds of multiple antenna signal processing are evaluated and compared. Computer simulations show that maximum ratio combining (MRC) has the better performance. |
