FPGA Implementation of Bidirectional MIMO Fading Emulator

Abstract(in English) For the performance evaluation of MIMO user equipment, by applying the features of the previously presented antenna-branch-controlled method as a simplified configuration for fading emulation, an emulation scheme that generates bidirectional fading was proposed. Based on the study, a 2  2 MIMO bidirectional fading emulator was developed with circuit implementation on an FPGA, and its basic functions were confirmed.
