Abstract(in English) This reported the electrical conduction of NPD (di(1-naphthyl)-N, N'-diphenyl-1, 1'- diphenyl-4, 4'-diamine) and CuPc (Copper Phthalocyanine) using the device simulator “Setfos( Cybernet Systems)”. We obtained the electrical parameters of NPD monolayer by both simulation and experimental approaches. Although, we applied that parameters to CuPc/NPD bilayer, the simulation result was not consistent with the experimental.
