Abstract(in English) | Electrolyte layer-by-layer (LbL) deposited film was prepared with phthalocyanine derivative alcian blue (AB) and polystyrene sulfonate (PSS), and in-situ evaluation of the film was conducted by using optical waveguide (OWG) sensor with surface plasmon resonance (SPR). Combination of SPR and OWG methods enables simultaneous observation of optical absorption and thickness of the deposited film. In this study, LbL film was prepared using mixed aqueous solution of AB and transparent polymer, and the mixed molecular ratio was estimated. |
