| Abstract(in English) | We are aiming to establish a clearinghouse for the handling of copyright issues relating to digital resources and materials used in primary and secondary educational settings. Therefore, we have been analyzing the current state of the utilization of digital materials in primary and secondary education. We have carried out discussions as to what kind of functions should be given to the planned clearinghouse, and who the stakeholders would be. In this paper, we will discuss the licenses on digital materials that are of particular importance to this clearinghouse. We set out the challenges related to the licenses which may hinder the full utilization of digital materials in schools, and discuss what kind of licenses are desirable. |
