Abstract(in English) In company’s asset management, it consumes much time to take regularly inventory when the number of assets is large. In a typical method of inventory, a bar code that has been first attached to each asset is scanned with a handy scanner. We are studying a novel scanning method lightens the work loan of checking assets in inventory. We implemented a prototype of an asset management system with the proposed scanning method, which scans quickly a color barcode with a glass-type wearable device's camera. The proposed system has efficient features that recognizing multiple color barcodes at one time and enabling hands-free operation can reduce time for checking assets. In the report, we present architecture of the proposed system, and show results of performance of recognition of color barcodes in real situation.
