Abstract(in English) We have been researching and developing the DBF/DC (Digital Beam Former and Digital Channelizer) for communication satellite. For reducing power consumption of DBF/DC, we studied the pipeline processing method of DBF processor as opposed to a conventional processing method. To estimate the power consumption of DBF/DC, we developed the proto type of pipe line processor, and power consumption is measured. We confirm that the power consumption of DBF/DC can be reduced without the performance degradation. This paper describes the study of DBF processing method and measured result of power consumption of DBF/DC.
