| Abstract(in English) | In tasks of data entry into operation support systems, operators often need system manipulation aidmethods (e.g. instruction manuals), particularly when they are not familiar with the systems. However, present manipulation aid methods are insufficient as they cannot comprehensively include contents for supporting the operational difference among districts and follow change of system manipulation due to onerous procedure for updating contents in such manipulation aid methods. Moreover, particularly in instruction manuals, operators cannot easily find necessary instructions. For solving these problems of the present manipulation aid methods, a new method for supporting operators' manipulation of operation support systems is suggested in this study, which can run on a client-side, extracts manipulation rules from operation history data, and show the rules each operator needs. |
