Abstract(in English) | Exosomes are nano-vesicles with 30-150 nm diameters released from cells. Because exosomes contains characteristic materials of the host cell, they attract much attention toward early detection of cancer and its metastasis control. We used atomic force microscopy (AFM) to observe exosomes immobilized on solid substrates to establish a simple type classification method of exosomes. Based on the size, height and shape of the exosomes, we can classify the adsorption behavior into four types. This classification is useful to identify the host cell type. |
