Abstract(in English) Recently, M2M/IoT has been collecting a lot of attention. Now a service using sensor devices is the mainstream, but in the future it will be coming and offer more value that a service is providing controllable networked devices operated by remote servers. We assume the situation that control servers in cloud operate the devices through the internet and a carrier network in. For the situation, this paper proposes a network function that provides efficiency of communication and establishes a method for evaluating the effect by application of the function.
