Study on model of variance regarding DC

Abstract(in English) In this paper,we conduct modeling of Duty Cycle(DC) estimation that is one of spectrum usage statistics.A previous work has proposed a deterministic model of DC. However, the DC estimation with short estimation period is stochastic process and we will provide model of variance of the DC estimation. In particular, we will use the deterministic model for modeling variance of the DC estimation in time domain. In addition, new stochastic model of DC estimation under stationary case, e.g. at a certain time is also proposed. Empirical measurement results for 20 days is used to show validity of the proposed models. We also presents the relationship between DC and high order statistics including variance, skewness, and kurtosis in terms of DC estimation.
