Abstract(in English) Synchronous speed of LED visible light communication using CCD or CMOS camera to a receiver is limited by the frame rate of the camera. We experimentally verify the synchronous speed of LED visible light communication that can be implemented by 32-bit microcomputer or FPGA against the low flame rate of the camera. Synchronization scheme with interrupt of microcomputer or on-board clock of FPGA is compared with that without the time scale. Limitation of possible synchronous speed against the frame rate of the camera is clarified.
