| Abstract(in English) | Components used in the communication networks such as cable, closure, telephone pole, and steel tower are main technique to constitute the communication networks. Until now, the research and development of various communications infrastructure constitution articles were carried out and have been in use. Because the communications network is more likely to have a big influence on the society when trouble happens once, we perform the reliability inspection examination that we considered minutely in a process to develop an artic. However, a lot of malfunction that I do not assume at first are reported by the influence of severe natural environments or doing damage to due to various wildlife after having really introduced it. In the text, I introduce the example which communication facilities caught the damage by the severe environment and the creature damage that they did not assume at first. |
