Abstract(in English) We report a fundamental study on a conformal scheme based on the semi-implicit FDTD method with implicit time updating of magnetic field in order to efficiently analyze a numerical model with curved boundary at high accuracy. The conformal semi-implicit FDTD scheme has relaxed stability condition without time step reduction and its boundary modeling is accurate than the staircase approximation. Its application to a cylindrical cavity resonator is demonstrated in order to confirm an improvement of the accuracy compared to the staircase approximation.
