Abstract(in English) The paper proposes a new relativistic electromagnetism. The author finds an invariant F0 for electromagnetic field, and then he proposes a new theory about the relativistic electromagnetism by introducing a new concept of Hapi-energy (H-affecting potentially injected energy) being induced from the invariant F0. Then, he sets up the wave equations instead of the Maxwell’s equations for the electromagnetic wave propagation phenomena. The wave equations can describe any subjects about electric, electronic and electromagnetic phenomena.
