Abstract(in English) In this paper we generalize processes for various services and define a generalized service process (GSP) with the following four characteristics. (a) It consists of two processes: one on the customer side and the other on the provider side. (b) Both processes are expressed by context-free grammar. Context-free grammar allows us to express hierarchical and repetitive processes. (c) There are corresponding parts in the two processes where interaction between the customer and the provider takes place. It is this interaction that leads to co-creation of value. (d) The processes on the customer and provider sides for an individual service are expressed by specialized subsets of the GSP grammar.
