Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The organizational system and environment for education and learning have been changed together with the advanced development of information technology. The word “ubiquitous environment” represents typically such a situation and also the information technology has changed our learning/education style: we can observe that the learning chances were moved from centered classroom space of all learners to distributed personal space of each learner. In this paper, we investigate a learning paradigm in comparison to the economic policy “ABE’s Mix”, which focused on the transition from the deflation economy to the inflation economy. The viewpoint in our investigation is to regard the learning activity as the knowledge transfer; and here we discuss how to correspond the learning paradigm to the economic policy “ABE’s Mix” and also how to apply the information technology in the learning activity.
