Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Lipid bilayer is the fundamental structure of plasma membrane, and plays important role as the reaction field for various membrane reactions. The dynamics of biomolecules in plasma membrane is very important target to elucidate the elementary processes of the membrane reactions. Therefore, new methods to measure the behavior of biomolecules in lipid bilayer are demanded. We prepared the supported lipid bilayers on the graphene oxide (GO) and evaluated its fluidity for the development of a new method to measure the behavior of biomolecules in lipid bilayers using fluorescence quenching function of GO.
