Implementing Remote Task Execution Service for Hybrid Meeting Spaces

Abstract(in English) This study describes the design and implementation of a smart service for automated management ofhybrid meeting spaces. Hybrid formats in which participants interact both online and offline are becoming commonin modern meeting rooms. To meet this new need, we develop a remote task execution service using VNC andWebDriver. This service will automate the launching of online services and website operations when preparing fora meeting, greatly reducing the time and effort required by the user. Specifically, the service provides functions toautomatically execute multiple remote control tasks, such as launching Zoom, launching a Web site for meeting minutes, and so on. In this paper, we confirm the actual operation of the system through a prototype implementationin our laboratory.
