| 抄録(和) | ブロックチェーンは、既存金融とは異なる特徴から様々な応用が期待されているが、一方でマネーロンダリング等の匿名性を利用した不正の問題がある。資金の流れを把握し、不正の被害を削減するため、取引に使われるアドレスを所有者の属性で分類する手法が提案されている。ブロックチェーンでは、各ユーザが持つ複数のアドレスであるアドレス群単位で取引されるにも関わらず、既存手法はアドレス群を考慮しておらず、高い分類精度が得られていない。本論文では、影響力の大きな取引所の特性を踏まえたアドレス群作成手法とアドレス群単位で分類を行う手法を提案する。既存手法との比較評価の結果、提案手法は、アドレスの五種類の分類で9.7%、取引所か否かの分類で14.0%の正解率向上をそれぞれ達成した。 |
| 抄録(英) | Blockchain is widely used for multiple applications because of its different features from existing finance, but due to its anonymity, it causes illegal money flows such as money laundering. Address classification methods are proposed to prevent from the illegal flows by tracking the flow of funds. In Blockchain, an address cluster, which is a set of addresses created by a user, is a substantial trading entity. However, the existing methods classify addresses by using the features of each address and do not consider the address cluster. In this paper, we propose an address clustering method using characteristics of exchanges, which are highly influential users, and a classification method considering features of the address clusters. As a result of evaluations comparing the proposed and existing methods, the proposed method improves the accuracy by 9.7% in 5-categories classification and 14.0% in 2-categories classification, which is exchange category or not. |
