Abstract(in English) In recent years, data utilization technologies, including machine learning, have been steadily advancing. One means of protecting data in data utilization technologies is through local differential privacy. In this study, we propose a local differential privacy framework for image datasets. We measured the classification accuracy using two types of classifiers, Support Vector Machine and Random Forest, on the MNIST dataset. We consider multiple methods for data preprocessing and examine how combinations of these methods affect the utility of the images.
