Abstract(in English) In many communication systems, passive intermoduration (PIM) is known as one of noises. The termination method standardized as IEC 62037 is widely used as a general PIM measurement method. However, It has two problems as follows. One is generating undesired-PIM at the connection part. The other is a measurement system size is huge due to a low-PIM termination. In order to overcome these problems, we have proposed a balanced non-contact PIM measurement systems with a balanced microstrip line (MSL), which is electrically equivalent to the MSL. This article shows a measurement system realizing both the termination and the without termination method.
